Terms of Service for Lived: Every Day

Lived: Every Day (“the App”) is developed and owned by Ross Analytics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Lived: Every Day allows users to capture a daily photo or short video and automatically generate monthly and yearly recap videos. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. User Content

You retain full ownership of any photos or videos you capture using the App.

By using the App, you grant Ross Analytics LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality.

We do not claim ownership over your content.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Subscriptions and Payments (If Applicable)

If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases:

• Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
